Production Machines

Listed below is a sampling of the machines that we use in our manufacturing and fabrication processes.

Matsuura 300PC-26 HMC

Our Horizontal Machining Cell consists of two Matsuura 300 Plus machining centers with a 26 pallet fully integrated cell controller. This work center is capable of lights out manufacturing that we incorporate as part of our manufacturing process.

Mazak Champion Laser

Our Laser Cutting Cell consists of one Mazak Champion 1500 watt laser with a 6 pallet sheet stacker, sheet load station and sheet unload station. This fabrication cell is capable of lights out manufacturing that we incorporate as part of our fabrication process.

Fadal VMC 8030

Two Fadal 8030 Vertical Machining Centers are capable of accommodating large machined parts up to 3,750 pounds.

14 Vertical Machining Centers are available for production and quick response parts. All CNC equipment is serviced on a regular schedule and annual preventative maintenance to ensure accuracy.

Mazak Nexus 350 Turning Center

The Nexus 350 is largest of our 8 CNC Turning Centers. A large through the spindle capacity allows bar feeding up to 4 inch diameter material. A variety of CNC Turning Centers are available and capacity sizes range from 1/16 diameter to approximately 18 inches.
