Utilizing precision CNC machine tools we are capable of manufacturing parts, both large and small, that are used in the Aerospace, Medical, Robotics, Transportation, Semiconductor and Metrology industries. We are able to monitor our returns in parts per million and see results that statistically fall well below the manufacturing industry standards. Our attention to detail throughout the manufacturing process allows us to supply dock-to-stock parts to our customers with zero defects.
Material Experience
Today’s demanding manufacturing needs require the ability to work with many materials. We have significant experience working with Titanium, Inconel, Hastalloy and all of the aircraft aluminum alloys.
With the great expansion of the plastics industry we have also gained experience working with several of the commercially available plastics like Noryl, Delrin, HDPE, PET, and Vespel just to name a few.
